Dessert / snack almond cream [protein-high]

This is my go-to snack when I have silken tofu to finish! The taste is quite soft, you can add more or less maple syrup if you want it more or less sweet. 🙂

Dessert almond cream [protein-high]

5 minutes // 320 kcal

* IngrEdients *

  • 150g silken tofu
  • 1 big tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or more, or less, to taste)

* ReCIPE *

  • Mix the ingredients together. You can add the maple syrup at the end if you prefer, to make it look prettier!

Note: For a dessert, this contains quite a good amount of proteins: for comparison, it is as much as in 2 eggs. As a dessert, it also contains sugar. If you want to make it more “healthy”, you can use less (or no) maple syrup, but I can’t guarantee it will still be as tasty…
